If you need to exchange or return an item, our team is here to assist you with clear instructions and a hassle-free process, ensuring your satisfaction remains our top priority.
Eligibility
Mobile phone panels must be in their original packaging and unused condition to be eligible for return or exchange. Any fitted, tampering, scratches, damages or rough conditions may void the return or exchange policy.
Time Period
You have 7 days for return and 15 days for exchange from the delivery date, given that the customer has proof of purchase. After this period, the product may not be eligible for return or exchange unless under special circumstances approved by the seller.
Proof of Purchase
This includes either a receipt or the online order confirmation email.
Exchange Process
- Notify us of your intention to exchange within 15 working days of the delivery date. Please provide tracking details along with your order number to us via call or via WhatsApp at (+92) 321-0027786. You may choose to use any of the approved courier services and share your tracking number within 2 working days of dispatching the item to our premises.
- Please send the item to the following address:

- It usually takes 7-10 days to complete the online exchange process after it has been verified if all the conditions of exchange are met. Instore exchanges require customers to have the original invoice.
Return process
If you need to return an item, please follow our return policy:
- Return requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order and product must be unused and in its original packing.
- Simply notify us and share tracking details along with your order number with our team by calling at our helpline # 042 37205451 or via WhatsApp # +92 321 0027786 and also share Images of the delivered product with visible issue.
- We reserves the right to refuse compensation or a refund for damaged items if this information is not provided.
- Returns are accepted only if faulted or damaged items were delivered.
- After the verification the same amount will be returned to the credit card/ debit card. The credit card/ Debit card refund process will take 5 working days, plus additional time depending on the bank's processing policies, starting from the date your returned item is received at our primesis.

Customers are responsible for shipping the product back to the us, and any return or exchange fees may apply depending on the reason for return or exchange.
